I have not found a way to track on CN. Supposedly you can call this number (1-800-361-0198) and they will give you an update. I have not tried it for myself though. Since you are west of the Mississippi, your railcar will get transferred to either BNSF or UP somewhere along the way. For BNSF, there is no way to track a railcar without having a customer account.

Here are the instructions for UP to use their automated trace line:

1-800-877-5123

• Press 1 to continue in English
• Say the word “trace”
• Say “one” when asked how many pieces of equipment
• Say the railcar ID (letters and numbers)
• Say “no” when asked if you wanted a copy faxed (Or say yes, if you want a text copy faxed)
• Listen to your update

How do you know that it is still on chip hold? I was told mine was on chip hold by CS as well, but I thought they were mistaken since it was "built". Thanks in advance!

Edit: just spoke to CS, they said no chip hold

My dealer pulled a file that shows the status changes since order and the latest update has chip hold in the notes. What is unusual is that the original chip hold status was around 10/26 that I found out from CS chat, on 11/4 I went to built and CS chat didn't mention anything about chip hold and now it shows chip hold again. Pretty annoying.

Status changed overnight to "in transit". Will confirm with dealer and CS chat today to make sure I actually made it out of the dreaded chip hold.

I am now on Ramp 59 and have received a convoy number with LNR Services. No set date arrival date at this time beyond Ford's estimated window of 11/10.

When I placed order, Ford said I would get MY22 pricing since my reservation was extended. The dealer is saying that they know nothing about this applying to me. They are even charging for the all terrain tires that show no charge on window sticker because they are on the invoice.

Does anyone know where the original Ford statement saying they would honor the 2022 price was? I remember seeing it when ordering, but not sure if they ever sent an email or something else to confirm.
