Munro is having an open house on Nov 29. Anyone on this forum in AUBURN HILLS MI who can attend to ask this question and get recommendations on how to turn it down or defeat it? It's $195 to get in the door but the details would be worth GOLD to the lighting community.

I'm seriously thinking of going. Just hate to burn a day of vacation to take off. And I'd have to buy two tickets for the wife to go.

My solution for both the beep and the delay is to activate it further away from the truck. Either inside the house before I walk out to the truck, or when leaving the store across the parking lot.

Sometimes I even get to have fun conversations as folks get confused as to why the hood is opening!

The downsides of being an electrician... My mani never holds up. On the upside, I get to redo them with my 3yo like 2x a week when she has to change from pink to purple.

I remember those days when my girls were younger. They still talk to this day about how I let them paint my nails and they are in their 20's now.

Now that we know where these speakers are, any thoughts on how to mod/make them quieter?

A quiet beep on the lowering would still be beneficial (I have young kids).

This might assist with the shifting cargo/emergency button issue others have had as it helps prevent cargo from shifting.

Got it, the fit is not that great and the curled up edges do not lay flat. Maybe over time it might settle, but not counting on it. The plastic blocks with velcro bottoms stick well on it so they could be helpful to kept a smaller item in place.
