Looks like the run is over. I'm guessing that Ford keeps changing and has made it harder for his API's to get the info needed for the tracking. To say the least - it's back to the old manual ways, if they still work:

Thank you Johnmark, I totally understand the position you're in, I also understand the reasoning for the clamp down on third party systems hitting on Ford servers. Hopefully Model-E brings more innovations and makes it moot to have work arounds the likes of ordertrack app.
