My Lariat ER was delivered to the dealership today.

Looks good. I may be in the minority but I like the Pro/XLT rims much better thant than the Lariats.

IMO, the machined-face with black pockets wheels on the Pros and some XLTs look better than the all gray wheels on the high-trim XLT and Lariats.

Mine is somewhere between Mars and the arctic circle. Neither Ford nor the dealer can find it.

The delivery date keeps shifting back and forth, and Ford chat can't really help. I'm probably going to call them today and push a bit, not that that will do anything. Its actually starting to piss me off..... which is generally hard to do.

If I see it before the end of the year it will be a miracle.

Lets see.

• It'll take almost a year to get from order to (possible) delivery
• They discontinued the color I ordered and forced me to change it otherwise cancel with an obtuse communication to the dealer, then to me
• They raised the price by 15% or so, then sent some convoluted plan to accommodate for that price increase, even though no one (not even the dealer) actually understand that plan
• They removed options and standard equipment from the order, and can't say if those features (heated wheel for example) will ever be installed, even though I ordered them.
• They gave me a build date, then it disappeared, then it reappeared, then it slipped, then it didn't happen for another 6 weeks.
• They gave me an estimated delivery date, and changed that 5 times.
• The manufacturer doesn't know where the truck is, nor does the dealer
• The federal tax credit disappears at the end of 2022, and if the truck doesn't arrive by then, it will cost me $7500 more, completely out of my control
• All in all, a terrible experience.

Thankfully, as much as I wanted this truck, I at least have an F150 now that I can get in a drive. It might drink gas, but at least I can use it, rather than some fake phantom F150 Lightning I will likely never see

I agree. This is just an iPhone photo at night.

One thing I noticed is that pictures do not do azure Grey Metallic justice. I noticed immediately after taking pictures in this setting it turned the color much more dull and non vibrant as it is to the naked eye. I had to edit it to bring it to the way my eye saw it. Lots of photos out there with a wide range of looks in AGM. Best to see this color in person. Super happy with this color.

I will eventually take some professional daytime photos of the Pro with my Sony mirrorless camera and post them in the Azure Grey Metallic thread.

Shock of shocks, stopped by the dealer yesterday (who's been awesome BTW), and apparently mine is on a transport headed to NJ. Of course Ford support had no idea.

Dealer just called me. They need to clean up the truck and give it a once over. We set up an appointment to pick it up mid day tomorrow. Can't wait!
