The Bellmead, TX site was taken offline and upgraded just before the Thanksgiving weekend! Bellmead is a suburb of Waco, TX and that EA site is the only CCS DCFC along the I-35 corridor between Austin and Dallas. This ended up being a huge issue for those who didn't have the range to bridge the 200 mile gap between the two cities.

I heard that EA did something similar a few years ago during Memorial Day weekend on the East Coast. It's amazing that they continue to lack the foresight to not take down critical infrastructure during periods of elevated travel.

There is never a good time but some times are worse than others. Especially if that time is the busiest travel week of the entire year!

I'm sure they balance as they can, as well as scheduling components with crap supply lines. Not to mention upgrading their network software around Labor Day providing free charging to most of the country for like 1-2 months.

That Albany, OR is a good location for those traveling up/Down I-5. It's right in between Portland and Eugene.

I have used the newly installed Loveland, CO and the Anthem, AZ locations in my Taycan recently. They initiated charge quicker than the older units, so that was a pleasant surprise.

I got some really great charging speeds even though there was an ID4, a Mach-E, and a red F-150 Lighting with a Ford crew that were in town doing tests on future software enhancements, plugged in at the same time.

I am looking forward to driving my Lightning up to Loveland, CO this weekend to see if I get a similar positive experience on the new chargers. Am looking forward to the day that Ford updates the charging curve on the Lightning to allow for faster charging deeper into the pack since this is what my Taycan did at the new Anthem charger last week.

Riverside was down 4 weeks then only one charger has been working for 3 weeks.

yeah... that was an unwelcome surprise that added a lot more time looking and waiting for a slower charger. There's not many in Waco.

Riverside 3 chargers still down and #1 will not start a charge for me but i see other charging ok on it.
