I'm really interested in a pic of how you cut the pro grille to make it adapt.

I'm about to take on this project but would like to see how the modified pro grille fits and if there are any gaps. I'm 50/50 if i wanna make it fit or put in a Lariat grill ($800+) .

Also, i know this is obvious, but did you guys double check to make sure that wire isn't running on a different fuse, and its spot may be empty in the fuse box?

Anyone tried or heard of someone hyperdip the pro front grill with black gloss? Looking to do it once weather get warmer since product mention 70ish degree to even spread. Would like to see or get opinion before attempting in a month or two.

I hyperdipped my wheels, and have three extra cans so was thinking of doing the same thing on the grille of my Lariat. Did you ever pull the trigger? If so did you remove the grille of paint it while attached?

Yes I did, I personally like the way it look better than stock it have a slight metallic look to it but nothing too dramatic. I did a poor job so I didn’t finish it off with the top coat which supposedly make it a bit more glossy. Once I get it fix or redone I will put a top coat.

I didn’t remove the grill too lazy for that but from what I can tell it get good coverage of all angle when spraying. Won’t get back to doing this again until I’m bored with the rebel 1100 I just purchased today.

Don’t mind the white spec on the photo it’s those pesky road kill.

There's a guy on ebay selling a replacement grille for lightning: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1262972007.../BEV)|Submodel:Pro|Engine:BATTERY+EV+(EV/BEV)

I'm not convinced this will actually fit my Pro, I'm pretty sure this is for the light bar trims. I'm curious if the honeycomb will kill the range, I imagine it will. I may jump and do it anyway, the Pro grill is super lame and I'm looking to spice up my front end a bit.

I also found a cool and very inexpensive kit for the venting area underneath: https://www.radiatorgrillstore.com/ford

At least it makes it so the holes would be smaller than your average gopher. This I'm going to try out.

I assume you lose the front camera for the trims that have it with this grill.
