For what it is worth... the $7500 is likely to be extended several months as the "guidance" that was due 12/31/22 is delayed until at least March, and all vehicles between 1/1 and when the guidance is finally released will likely qualify for the $7500 (though I will say YMMV, until the IRS comes out and confirms it I wouldn't be 100% reliant on that being the case).

The only thing being delayed are battery content rules. The 80K MSRP as well as income limits are still effective Jan 1st.

You will get a survey from ford asking about the dealer. Tell them everything. This is apparently how they do business and ford needs to know

Well I don't know much about the area, I only asked because I saw a mannequin out there, actually had a refundable deposit on it. But I backed out because they simply took terrible care of it. They knew I was driving four hours to see it several months ago and the inside was filthy.

Can't imagine what it was like after 6 months...
