I just noticed my date is still estimated 12/19-12/24 however my window sticker is now unavailable at this time ? Has anyone else’s disappeared ?

Yes, I lost access to my window sticker about a week ago. I downloaded it when it was available before, but I can’t view it anymore online.

I saw in another thread that the production line is closed but shipping is still working, so if you have a built truck, it could ship this week.

I got this note today. Dealership is closed today, but hopefully good news from them tomorrow. Shipping to remote Virginia, but have seen some others in earlier build weeks close by ship on time.

No emails. Only noticing when I log in to ford site.

Arrived at dealership on the West Coast. Actual ship date is a bit unclear. I estimate it to be around 12/14 ship date. Scheduling pick up time now...

Ford email communication was very spotty. status changes would be notified days, if not weeks after the fact. The shipment status change email was not received until the truck was at least half way across the country. However, the email re finalizing purchase completion was right on cue - when the truck arrived at the dealer.

sick congrats! how do you know the shipping email was received after it was already half way?

Awesome!!! I can't wait! My dealer is going on 4 days now to contact Ford and work it all out.

I'm in the same boat. They offered to cut me a check if Ford sends them one. I don't understand why the dealers are all so ill informed. For everything they have had to do for me, it has taken days for them to get back to me and they always have to "ask the ford rep." Unfortunately he is out until 1/3, and my truck is supposed to show up this week and I would like to take delivery before end of year. I called Ford directly and they confirmed that the Private offer of $7k and the $5k price match are available for me, but the dealer can't seem to figure it out. They told me to tell them to contact Ford Dealer services. Waiting for them to get back to me....

I'm still waiting for the dealer. I'm assuming they didn't really contact anybody and don't really give two shits until I refuse to pay them the extra $5k after the truck shows up. Then they will suddenly be able to contact Ford and get some answers.

I know it's been said a thousand times, but it will be said at least a thousand times more. BS like this is why dealers will die out. As long as direct to consumer manufacturers don't treat their customers this poorly at least. I think nearly everybody would even pay a little extra to not have to put up with dealers.

Passed my ETA delivery in Michigan 12/19-12/25 no updates on the website still show the same dates. Ford chat & calling customer service says it is pending a new ETA with last update 12/15. Anyone else have this happen ?
