I was curious, but is there no way to view the charge history, ev driving, etc. data online like you can in the app? Seems like I can only view my tire pressure, current mileage, and charge level (mileage) on the website.

For my Mach-E, I can see the following on the website:

Charge level (in miles, not percentage)
Tire pressure
Current Mileage (not trip data)

If I then click on Discover Your Ford, I can see:

Battery size
Battery Range (matches first item above)
Horsepower
Interior finish
Exterior color

I go back a screen I can click on Recalls and see recalls and Customer Satisfaction Programs if I click on that item.

I can also click on Sync and Navigation Updates and see my Sync Version, which matches what is displayed in the car.

I can click on Software Updates and see if automatic updates are on, and what schedule I have set for the application of updates once they are downloaded if the vehicle has to be immobile.

I can also see my Warranty Start Date, and Vehicle Health Report most recent information.

I see tire pressure but not battery percentage or trip. I do see DTE (labelled as ”Charge Level” :cautious:) and odometer.

You are right on the current mileage and charge level(not showing percentage). I guess I just find it odd that a lot more data exist in the app, yet its not shared in the truck dashboard on the website.

This is the way of the future, unfortunately. My JuiceBox charger has a wealth of data available on the website that isn't in the app. They're going to discontinue the website access. That's unfortunate, and I've voiced my discontent with that.

In "Service History > View your comprehensive service history", apparently WARRANTY repair / service items are not included. I had a half dozen warranty items done in January, but they don't show up online or in the FordPass app. I can't get an answer from Ford as to why not, but that is what I am assuming. Ford online chat and phone support refer me to FordPass app chat and phone support, who refer me back to Ford online, etc., etc.

Well this is embarrassing @Ford Motor Company. I saw in the Mach-E forum that they noticed a new dashboard on the website. So I had to see what they did for the us given the pitiful amount that others have been posting above. Good to know my oil is still good after 3K miles. But need to hit the gas station apparantly.

On the latest software update it alerted me on my app that it installed an update but when I click on details it shows nothing. When I go in my account on the web it showed my latest update was 4.2.4 & the details.

I was unaware there was an internet based program that ‘mirrors’ the FordPass app. Could you share a link to that site? Thanks.

Well it doesn't exactly mirror the app. For some reason the Fordpass app doesn't show my oil life and fuel level like the website does now .
This is why Ford needs to continue to support Carplay, etc. It is VERY clear they are not a software company. They aren't testing their changes at all. What's the purpose of Early Access if you aren't going to use us?

I concur on the software programming point. I spent 30yrs in the software/computer industry and I can assure you their audit/testing/documentation department is nonexistent.

I have been try for a week to determine the version of OTA my truck is on. Selections that are suppose to be a given screen aren’t and so far I’ve found no rhyme or reason. 😟
