It took six weeks for me and it was delivered to my dealer instead of my house. I spent countless hours on the phone with Sunrun, Ford, and the dealer.
I was told there was a glitch in Ford's system which prevented the sale of off-the-lot vehicles being reported correctly. In a functional company I would expect that system to be fixed quickly.
