Basically whenever the cab flexes in a turn over bumps or I'm going over rough/uneven road I'm hearing this bizarre noise thats really starting to bother me. It's just like a knocking noise like something is loose or not where its supposed to be. Anyone else?

Maybe something in the space under the rear seat cushions?

Hey there. I can look into your Lightning’s noise concerns on my end if you’d like. Will you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership info?

Check the cover of the storage in the Frunk. Mine would slide back and forth and clunk. I put some weather stripping around it and fixed it.

Yep. I get that too! Mine is like a knocking sound. Thought it was kids car seat but took it out and still hear it. For me it sounds like it was coming from rear passenger side of vehicle.

If you have the foldable cargo box under the rear seat, make sure the latch locks are set, a while ago I folded mine down to load cargo in the rear cabin, after I was done with the project, I opened up the box walls but failed to set a latch on one of the panels, it was intermittently rattling.

Another rattle source is the side belows on the moon roof, I had the left side come loose, tucked it back and the majority of rattles are resolved though I have a rare rattle that I think is related to a spring loaded deflector.

This is reminiscent of the moonroof rattle (or the sunshade?) that my Raptor used to have (there are YT videos) before I traded it...and the slight rattle I get now on the Lightning when the cab flexes while turning into my steep driveway from the road. It started for me about two months ago. Since I also had the same thing on my '20 Raptor I kinda figured it might be the same thing and haven't really spent the time to investigate fully.

This is the problem with EVs and those of us with sensitive hearing (especially dads since we hear EVERYTHING) . I ended up taking the interior out of the rear of my truck and putting in Kilmat Sound Deadening adhesive mats on the back wall and under the rear seats. I rcvd a few benefits from doing this: amazing gratification of doing it myself :) (shop wanted $1000-$3500), a few of the regular noises are now VERY muted, and the bass is pronounced from the OEM sub, love it! My truck is so darn quiet. I want to do the front, but haven't tried yet (not really needed right now). But I am really impressed with the stuff!

Look behind the rear seat on the passenger side. There was a rattling noise coming from there in my truck, figured out that the jack tool wasn't held completely tight in its holder. I stuffed an old towel in there and no more rattling.

Seems that my high-frequency hearing loss and tinnitus is saving me money! 😂
I can’t hear any noises made by the truck.

FYI the morning I was scheduled to go to the dealer on this... the noise was gone. I spent an hour driving around that morning over all sorts of bumps to try and trigger it.

I THINK I nailed it down to rear passenger seat belt rattling against the frame. I have been trying to reproduce it as much as possible but its very intermittent. I will circle back if I have any more success. Finally I found a useful way to apply the scientific method we all learned in grade school.
