Front camera not popping up when close to objects??

I ask because there is something in the Tremor forum where the camera isn’t popping up on trucks that had this feature deleted at the factory due to the chip shortage. When they programmed the modules it overwrote something in the code. Some have fixed it with Forscan. I don't remember this being deleted on Lightnings. Does your window sticker show any deletes?

I pressed the Park button on the bottom of the screen and it takes me to a screen with a button to navigate to a parking spot near me useing Ford Nav. Also I do not have a Parking tab in settings, there is a park aid under driver assistance.
I believe park Assist is platinum only. Under park aid my front sensor was off, I cut it on but still no popup camera.

Seems to me that you don’t have Active Park Assist 2.0 since you don’t get the same options I do when I press that button. I bet you need to change the code in Forscan to do the camera with front sensors. Here’s a link to the Tremor forum where they discuss which code to change and the issue as to why some have this feature enabled and some don’t.

Using Forscan is pretty easy and I’ve changed quite a few things on my truck…

Matrix Headlights
Lane change signal to blink 5 times (instead of 3)
Updated my Speedo after I got larger tires so it’s calibrated.

I've never used it, but the '22 Lariat is definitely supposed to have the park assist. I need to get out and experiment and try it. Sounds like this is definitely something to do with some of the deletes on the '23's.

I have a 22 and it's definitely not popping up the camera, I've been threw all settings. I only get the screen with the yellow and the red alerts.

No. I have a Lariat SR with this feature. The only time mine stopped working was when I had water in my rear light bar that effected my wiring and all my cameras. Hope that is not the issue for you.

I have a base XLT and my cameras pop up when I get close pulling into my garage. It has to be setting on your truck. Otherwise take it to the dealer to look at.

No issues with any of your other cameras? Check the rear lightbar or the lights in the Frunk for condensation or water.

When you get close to objects do you get beeps from the front? If you are getting beeps you are definitely close enough your camera should have popped up.

I will note, I don't know what sensors they use to determine, I'm guessing the sonars in the bumper, just not sure.

Yes I get a alarm and a screen pops up that shows yellow and then red on the front of a truck on the screen.
