OK, start the clock! Order Tracker says Ruby is on the way with a 10/17-10/30 ETA window to Portland, OR! THe Ford site says 10/20~10/24, so it will be interesting to see which one is more true.

I ordered Ruby in July because a) XLT availability b) Price Drop and c) Delivery in Oct Promise d) gov rebate eligible...all stress aside (not to mention the strike worries) it looks like Ford is going to deliver on what I signed up for. So THAT.

Funny note...I sold my Hyundai Kona EV about 6 weeks ago...been walking to/from work (about 3mi each way)...not the worst thing for a 60yo to do, but winter is coming!

Hello all, also first time posting on that page, happy to see everyone making progress. I must admit a am a bit disappointed by the time it is taking for the truck to build:

Order Confirmed 05/09/23
Blend Date 9/17/23.
Scheduled week of 09/11 (originally 9/04 but it got pushed)
In Production 09/21/23
Built: Still not built
Shipped: Dealer and chat said 10/27 – 11/02 delivery….. Living in Texas

XLT 312A, Standard Range, Agate Black, No options

I am assuming they have built the ER before the SR, perhaps run all other colors before the black one and the production process is not on a first come first serve basis.

But they did advertise a October delivery and it seems less and less likely, even if I ordered on the first day of the order bank re-opening.

Any encouragement or advise is welcomed! Thanks for the great community!

Hang in there! Easy for me to say having ordered mine in what appears to be the sweet spot when production kicked up and shipping resumed. All indications are these trucks will be worth the wait…

I’ve got all the same dates as you, except it’s a Lariat ER and I’ve had absolutely no movement. Still showing In Production with the last update being September 22nd.

Interesting...I wonder if our trucks are on the same convoy then: I'm just a couple hours south of you.

Awesome job on the walking to/from work...if I were that close to my workplace (and I didn't WFH) I'd absolutely do that distance (I have rain gear).

Log onto FORD.COM, go to the orders & reservation screen, then click the LIVE CHAT bubble in the lower right corner.

Note some browsers work better than others and make sure trust the web site and allow popups if you have a PU blocker, I use Chrome on a laptop, it works for me.

Any reason is particular I have an ETA of 10/23-10/29 but my truck is still waiting in the parking lot at ramp 59? I'm guessing it will update later once it finally ships? Thanks

Just got off the phone with my dealership. I called to check the order status as fords websites estimated delivery dates changed like underwear all last week with the latest as of this morning was showing me between 10/3 and 10/9. They told me it was updated to between 10/11 and 10/17 which is what it was originally after i got my email from ford saying that my truck was built. They then told me that they can track it to see where it was currently and said that its currently in Newark NJ which is only a couple hours from where i live. I scheduled a time for this Thursday for them to take a look at my trade in vehicle.

I will keep you guys updated. The order status tracking shows that the order was placed on 7/29 which is when i changed my order from the SR to ER, and that it was finished being built on 9/29. But the overall status is still at order received.

I’ll try again but the last 3 times I’ve done the Ford chat thing, they’ve been able to provide nothing other than what the online tracker says. And they always remind me about it like I don’t know if it’s existence

It doesn’t help that my dealer is absolutely worthless.
