If you have tear tags then the truck is off of the main assembly floor. We have seen a number of trucks since August that go pretty much straight from "In Production" to "Shipped" (aka at the dealership). I don't know why, but my guess is that they had a large backlog of trucks after a line shutdown and re-tooling that they did at the Rogue plant in July. When they spun back up after that shutdown, there were more than normal numbers of QC issues found, and the trucks began to stack up (at the same time that the line was basically running at triple it's pre-retooling capacity.) We know that there were no shipments for weeks after they restarted. I expect that the normal procedures for tracking status were simply overwhelmed, or lagged in their adjustment to the new throughput. This is speculation. It looks like the backlog isn't completely worked out yet as we see a small number of August builds that are still "in production". There seems to be quite a bit of randomness that might have to do with the logistics of parking all these trucks in various lots around Dearborn.
On the upside, recent build weeks have been moving much faster and more smoothly. It's possible that your truck got pulled to the side for QC testing, or they are waiting on the replacement of a faulty part, but I think you will hear something soon. Three weeks "in production" is definitely inside the expected window (though on the long side). Hang tight!
