I’m trying to sync my ford station pro to ford pass and at the end it says “ChargePoint not found”! Does anyone know how I can get this synced? The Charger is working but the 2 apps are not syncing

Known issue, already reported to FMC and waiting for them to investigate and resolve.

It appears to be a mid level server that handles communications between the FCSP - Siemens or Ford / Fordpass.

Same exact issue. There's no excuse for Fords terrible implementation of software. It almost makes me wish I had just got the hybrid. You think that there's no company out there that has provided a blue print. I still can't access the connected services button in the app. It just says oops. And I get passed from one person to the next. And now the FCSP and ford pass don't work together. I get the Chargepoint not found. If they would allow you to adjust the charging amps in the Ford Pass app or at least the truck, regardless of if you have a FCSP then there would be no need for them to talk to each other. The truck should be able to log all charging info. Why make it more complicated. Oh I forgot no one has done this before. There's no other company with this level of technology. Ughhh.

Same for me. I just installed a replacement FCSP because of this exact same issue. FOMOCO team sent me a replacement unit since my original one stopped showing up on their servers. They looked back and saw the data from the original unit stopped showing up in their system back in Aug ‘23



This replacement unit is performing just as OP’s unit. It doesn’t do what its touted as doing. I can charge at full 80 amps but no communication shows up in my Ford Pass APP because it can’t find the “ChargePoint Not Found” can’t pair to the Ford Pass App.



So is the cause crappy software, or crappy hardware, too many moving parts, cannot keep a signal Wi-Fi or cellular, too many vendors Siemens , SunRun …. or just crappy ????

Yup - I had my FCSP installed last week and have not been able to connect it to the FordPass app. Apparently, Ford's servers are down. It works as a dumb charger until this issue is resolved.

You can still configure charge settings from within the truck (max SOC and charge windows). I was able to change my max SOC and it worked just fine. The truck tells the charger when it wants to charge and when to stop. The cloud server just makes it easier for us to access it from our phone.

Yes, just frustrating that @Ford Motor Company has not fixed this issue yet.

But you can't change the amperage on the FCSP without the link through FordPass, unless you open the unit and manually adjust it. This situation has always been unacceptable, and this server issue just reinforces why.

Agree 100% Just wanted to make sure that people knew we weren't completely SOL. I have dim hopes that we will be able to control amps in the truck at some point in the future.

As mentioned in a related thread.... @Ford Motor Company please get someone to fix this server problem, the issue is at either your datacenter or Siemens, I'm suspecting Siemens, because my FCSP has been waiting on a firmware update for OVER a month now, and the problem has devolved to total lack of comm's between the endpoints and the data servers.

@Ford Motor Company Just for good measure, let's get this show on the road already. At a minimum there needs to be a PR statement acknowledging the problem and informing us what steps are being taken to address it. To leave you customers in the dark like this is unacceptable. You know better. Put your big boy pants on and get to work.
