I just completed a call with a FOMOCO representative about my newly installed replacement wall box and it’s non connectivity to the Ford Pass App. She has been assisting me with this issue and this is how we left it…

She told me that this is a known problem, with no time line to get it resolved….
So there you are, the plain unvarnished truth... just crappy.

What a complete BS answer! @Ford Motor Company needs to do better for its customers. I've had mine installed for almost 2 weeks with the same issue—garbage treatment.

I am now able to pair the Ford Pass app with the FCSP wall box, I even got an immediate FoMoCo confirmation email about my “New Ford Connected Charge Station” , I was able to set a new name for it in the app then…

Wait 10 minutes

Try to access the FCSP from my Ford Pass App I get

“LOST CONNECTION your charge station wasn’t able to connect to the server” Bummer

Don't change anything at this point, wait a few hours for it to stabilize.

I was hoping it would sync-up immediately... well almost immediately like 10 minutes
I am aware of all the comments of allowing time for the units to fully connect to the cloud servers

FordPass and CSP finally connected today but I am not able to see the charge log on the FordPass nor are my preferred charging setting available. Does anyone know what is going on with FordPass?

FordPass and CSP finally connected today but I am not able to see the charge log on the FordPass nor are my preferred charging setting available. Does anyone know what is going on with FordPass?
Charge log data on the VEHICLE tab of Fordpass is delayed about 24 hours after unplugging the truck.

Charge log data on the Connected Charge Station tile > Insights should post within a few minutes after unplugging the truck at the end of a charge session, if this is your first charging effort with data logging, it may take a bit longer.

It's synced but it does not show any information at all. Are y'all able to see the information on "insights" regarding your charging because mine is not uploading or showing!!!

Like @TaxmanHog said, logs are SLOW to populate on the app. In many cases, I've just flat out never seen them show up. It's a crap shoot. I count myself lucky that the hardware at least works. I've resigned myself to only adjusting settings in the truck itself, to make sure they take.
