Why is reserve an adapter not an option on my connected service page? I've had the truck since Oct 2022, but just enrolled in blue oval network yesterday. I have not needed to fast charge in over 8k miles.

All I keep getting is “connected services” with no ability to order. Ford should have mailed these adaptors according to purchase dates.

That's the plan, but they want people to confirm the adapter is wanted and where to send it. It automatically fills all the info in for you so it's a quick process. If only their site kept working. I don't even know if my adapter was successfully reserved. I did it before a lot of other people on here reporting success, but I don't have any email to show for it.Why do we even need to reserve?
