I went in to “just” get an IMPA update to fix the front sensor issue. Upon download, apparently the truck tripped out and nothing was working. Dealer techs reached out to ford and concluded I need a new gateway module.
Anyone get this done? How long? They weren’t very upfront on what to expect.
Also, did you pressure anything to rectify the inconvenience? Additional warranties, ford pass rewards?
