"The Falcon" got some EV company in the driveway today, a little sister named "Eva" (or Eve, from Wall-E)
She really likes the 80amp FCSP! Nice that it came with CCS.
The Lightning was my wifes daily driver and she enjoyed it, but wanted something easier to manage at work. Its short range is more than enough for an around town car.
And the Lightning will only get weekend use and camping trips in the summer, which is fine by me!

I'm almost finished adding all my accessories (except my audio upgrade) to my new XLT ER. After owning 2 Lightnings these were the mods I liked the first time and wanted to do again (luckily I was able to fund most of this with FordPass points, selling extra parts, and pulling some parts off my Pro). Mods I passed on this time

• Remote start from Keyfob
• FitCamX front/rear (Comma 3x is in its space)
• Cushioned Console Cover
• Car seat protectors (seat covers solve this issue)
• Console Safe (I only needed the locking function a handful of times)
• Steering Wheel Cover
• Backseat mirror (anti-glare wide rearview mirror solves this)

The XLT came with the under seat cargo bars, front light bar, bed lights, spray-in bedliner, and rubber floor mats. Otherwise I would've done those again too on my Pro.

Put all my ripped CDs and downloaded music on a 500GB SSD and plugged it in to my USB data port of my 2023 Lightning Pro and said to myself, who needs SiriuXM?

(PS must format drive in exfat for the SYNC4 system to recognize it)

With the factory rubber mats, the dead pedal is too slick with wet shoes-- I was sliding off of it when I was adjusting. So added a couple strips of this to it, and now it's better-than-new. Wife encouraged me to seek out a lower cost solution than full mat replacement

diagnosed a squeak using a stethoscope with a friend. It's coming from the Rough Rider upper control arms. Also drove my car and just enjoyed it.
