is it possible to get an 2023 xlt with 312a package for 10,000$ or more off msrp plus 7500$ fed ev tax credit?

Determine the price you want to pay. Call every dealership within 100 miles and tell them what you're willing to pay. If they say no, have them take down your information and call you when they're ready to make that deal. Maybe by the end of the month someone will be desperate to make a sale.

There are a few around here (MD, N. Va) starting at 58k (after tax credit). I don’t know what packages.

It depends on if, and how much, you are financing. It doesn't fully make up for the lost $7,500 Ford rebate on XLT's, but depending on your financing it does help.

That’s exactly why I purchased mine! When I saw the flash package had the large screen, I pulled the trigger on the 23 XLT ER. They had been sitting on lots for months, then as soon as I decide to get one they started selling like hot cakes. The first one I wanted sold the hour before I called the dealer. So I “settled” on iconic silver instead of Oxford white, but still love the truck

Assuming it’s a standard range battery. It’s not a bad deal if the dealer is giving you the federal tax credit at time of sale.
