I don't have audio on this PC (yeah it's a weird work PC) but based on previous postings here, I'd say you have a bad shifter. Several have mentioned getting that warning and the dealer diagnosed it as needing a new shifter.

Sounds like bad shifter motor. I always put in Park manually rather than have the motor do it, so who knows, mine may be bad too!

Don’t waste your time mate. They just ask your location and give you the dealership info and pass along some platitudes. Ford Corp. has zero power to move you up the queue or make anything happen at the local dealer level.
This seems just like a marketing good vibes thing they do here.
Just call your preferred dealer and see when they can get you in. Call around to others if they are booked out

bad shifter motor. You can buy the part online and replace it yourself. I did it to my lightning.

I had the same service error and noise on my shifter. When I took it in the dealer said the powertrain error was pointing to a bad shifter actuator (motor to move my shifter). They replaced it under warranty and all has been fine since.

Did the dealer replace your shifter? Mine just started doing the same thing today.
