Truck is on a recent version of Sync, shows four successful OTA's in recent history and pending updates are below:

23 Lariat that I just picked up. Going back in in two weeks for CSP on Parking Sensors that just came out and would be great to see if truck is up to date. They told me when I got it that it was all set / current but I know how that goes.

Truck is on Sync 23159 which is two version behind the latest version and modules pending updates are below. Ford does not pay dealers labor hours to perform module updates, so I would not have high hopes that they do them.

Window sticker is attached and shows no deletes. Your truck seems to be favored by the OTA gods and has a very extensive and healthy OTA history. Only missing 6.13.0 and a few PU updates.

I got your message. The update you got is a brand new Sync software update that brought your Sync version up to 24058. This is the newest Sync version out there.

Sync and FordPass app said I had 6.4.0 as COMPLETE for like a week, then it changed to NOT COMPLETED for another week then disappeared.

Then today it looks like ECG-24.2.4.10 was COMPLETE as described in both Sync and FordPass. Waiting to see if it stays COMPLETE lol.

Just wondering, are these actually getting installed? Also anything else in my queue in FDRS?

It's on Sync 23159 which is one version behind the latest one. Modules pending updates are below. Once that GWM you see there is updated, it will release more updates for other modules that are not showing an update pending now since some updates are installed sequentially.

Can you please check again. Taking it in tomorrow for 23B57, 23B70, & 24B56. Is it still one sync behind? 1FTVW1EL6PWG51962

6.4.0 went through. Yu were then sent 6.8.0 which was canceled on Ford's side with no reason as to why. You then got the ECG update sent and that one went through, too.

The reason it failed is unknown. Literally. It mentions on of the files it downloaded on the same line where the OTA was indicated as failed. Maybe it had trouble writing on the files and it failed? It's hard to tell why when the notes are vague like this, but you didn't do anything wrong.

You are not showing an APIM update now, but it is highly possible that if the GWM you see there is done, an APIM update may be released afterward.

Nah, this is totally different. Failed OTA's happen all the time. This is not a "you" problem.

Oh man PLEASE don't tell me that 6.8.0 was the one that has the % in the cluster hahah god damn!

Unfortunately, yes.... that was the IPC update.
