Newly purchased 2023 Lightning - OTA team says I have multiple VHA's and won't receive any updates until they are resolved

Current sync version is 4.0.22326

What's the best plan of action here for vehicle health alerts? The dealer I bought from is 2.5 hours away so I won't be going back there.

Can Ford Mobile Service come out and fix this?
If I go to a different local dealer, what do I tell them so they will service the vehicle and fix this?

Give them the name of your closest dealer you’re willing to work with and ask them to call them and let them know what should be done to correct the issues?

Does that sound like a good idea?

I mean if they are telling you this then they can certainly tell your local service manager the same thing right?

Thanks Mike, I will see how it goes. I am going to have a local dealer work on the CSP's so hopefully they will handle these alerts as well.

I have 16 updates available showing in FDRS, any specific updates I should prioritize for them to do?

BCM for sure as a dealer is the only one that can do it!

Had the dealer do 23B70, 24B56, 24P24 and my 12v battery is still not holding enough charge to get updates (says OTA Team), they say it's at 81%.

Can I request a new v12 under warranty or will they be able to tell after diagnostics?

The battery would have to fail the Rotunda battery test in order for warranty to cover it.
