Ford Resumes Shipping NACS Charging Adapters (December 2024 batch)

I just pushes my buttons that Ford made the announcement that they had access to the Tesla network in Feb. and that everyone would be getting a free adapter to be able to charge at a Supercharger. I've had my Lightning for over 7 months now and if I hadn't bought an A2Z adapter, I would still be SOL. Ford sells the Mach E and Lightning with one of the selling points being that you can charge at Supercharger. But that's only if you have the NACS adapter that they promised...and haven't delivered for most of their EV drivers. Is it going to take a year to get adapter? That's a year of not being able to use a feature that they are pushing but can't deliver

Just in case it's helpful, my order number was 10,401 and I received my order on Sept 12, 2024.
Does anyone know what the most recent order numbers received have been? I don't think it's much past 15k or so.

Ordered in March, was supposed to ship in Sept... Then Nov... Now Dec.

I did borrow a friend's in Oct and it was great, except we learned the hard way that not all tesla chargers are an option. Lesson learned, don't book a hotel just because is has a bunch of Tesla chargers.

The chargers at hotels are level 2 (Ac) chargers and the adapter from Ford is only for level 3 (DC) chargers. At least that's the way I understand it, I have a lectron adapter for hotels and it's worked great.

I did learn that I need to look at the Blue Oval App to see if I could use the chargers or not.

A few went out early last month. Put nothing since based on our customer base. They seemed to sending them in original order date and made it up like 1300ish. Then nothing! #…5131 and still waiting. .

My promised BC update and replacement adapter are competing to see which one will take longest.
