Same exact scenario here. I got the email that my adapter was defective and not to use it until a replacement was sent. Since then nothing. It’s very Frustrating.

Same here with a twist. I ordered and received an A2Z adapter before the free Ford piece #6455 was delivered. So happens that my A2Z was recalled as well but I got the upgraded replacement in a timely manner.
Crickets from Ford. I realize it was a gift, however replacing faulty equipment that potentially could have catastrophic consequences should have been a top priority.

I got my original NCAS adapter several months back but I’m one of those affected by the “do not use….replacement adapter will be issued” that Ford sent out a month or two back.

Not a single communication from Ford since so I called customer service about it and not unexpectedly was told not to use the adapter I currently have and that they have no timeline for when they expect replacement adapter to ship.

it’s getting very long in the tooth dealing with Ford incompetence with respect to their EV customer service and support.

Has anybody else who is expecting a replacement adapter received it or been given an expected ship date?

Yes. I received my replacement Tesla adapter around 01 November... might have been very late October.

My two adapters arrived today, one for the Lightning and the other for the Mach-e. Order numbers were both in the low 37,000's. Ford account still shows estimated shipping in Dec, so website has not caught up with shipping.

Text from Fed Ex this morning, package from Dearborn, MI to be delivered today. Replacement adapter I presume.

Received replacement adapter and it’s identical to the original but labeled with a different part number. Return instructions for defective part are straightforward, provided carrier bag seems a bit flimsy.

Received the Tesla adapter yesterday. #36xxx Very happy to have it. The option to use most Tesla V3/4 supercharges adds additional value to the Lightning. Transition to the NACS standard, although slow, will assist in growth of EV's generally, which is imho, a good thing.

I’m a bit shocked, mine came in a couple days ago. No email alert, it just appeared.

Side note- a little heavier and a little smaller than I thought it would be for some reason. Very pleasantly surprised.
