Do XLTs even have zone lighting?

Yes, but pros and XLTs lack the Bluetooth connectivity to the truck through the module that allows PAAK, therefore we don't have a lot of the smart features that Lariats and Platinums have like pop the frunk, pop the tailgate, zone lighting, etc.

My April 2023 Pro with max tow (no tow tech) provides a remote with frunk release; and the app provides zone lighting as does the 12" screen. Of course without side lights, there are two zones, front & rear.

I thought I was going to be able to turn on my zone lighting from the FordPass app. I had watched a YouTube video where zone lighting was under the Vehicle option. But it is nowhere to be found on mine. Have they updated the app since the video was posted on gotten rid of zone lighting? Or is it only available to the higher end models, I have an XLT.

I used to be able to turn on my zone lightning on my platinum from my FordPass but it's not available anymore. I'm assuming I would have to setup phone as a key but I don't want that as if someone was to get my phone they'd have access to my truck. I wish ford would put all those features back under vehicle without phone as key.

PAAK doesn't bring back zone lighting controls. The feature was not added to the new app. Because Ford's software team is incompetent and delusional.

I cannot on mine and I have the 2023 lariat. Not sure who would have this.

When they updated the app to the 5.x series they rewrote it and dropped several extremely useful features that they have not added back in. The video, I'm sure, uses the older app. It had remote zone lighting controls, remote pro-power onboard controls, etc. It was a great loss that has not been rectified.

Zone lighting works fine. Zone lighting control, via the app, is gone until they add it back.
