Ford Security Package?

Has anyone been able to activate this Ford Security Package? I’ve seen the link in the FordPass app for a few weeks but it doesn’t work. And today I got a postcard in the mail from Ford and that didn’t work either.

No....SMH. Makes one wonder if Ford's IT Dept. is operating out of some kids basement game room.

The worst part is that the postcard says that the Ford Security Package is an included perk for one year from the start date of your warranty (date of purchase). For me, that was almost three months ago, so I've missed out on three months AND I just get an error when I try to activate it.

Correct. They also told me on the phone call last week that I had Phone as a key PAAK on my Flash.

The best I have is the phone can unlock/ lock the car and start the climate control. I can't start the lightning unless the fob is present..

No, they don't know what they sold you nor do they know what's Included in their models. Believe me, we know more than they do.
