Curious what others have experienced when you have had an estimate shipping for your NACS adapter. Mine was initially November, but now is January, so it has a couple hours

You might want to read up on how this has been going. Use magnifying glass at the top of the screen and search out ‘adapter.’

Yes, same here. But now The Ford.com website shows my order with an order number, but when I try to track it's progress, it won't accept this order number. Up until now they informed me that the shipment for the accessory had been delayed until Jan. Maybe they're hoping I will forget.

This is for our Mach-E btw, but would be used with the Lightning. I'm not getting a free one for the Lightning so if I needed a 2nd I would order something else.

Was told last year that it would arrive in Sept. or October, never heard anything more. Then I got the email Jan 21st, that it was in "Shipping". Email had tracking that never worked. Arrived on the 29th. Dang, that thing is heavy.

Purchased April 29, 2023. Ordered a couple weeks later. Target date (you have to keep checking the web site for adapter tracking: https://www.ford.com/myaccount/connected-services?vin= ...insert your vin... &keyName=chargeradapterstatus#/Subscriptions.ChargerAdapterStatus) was October, then November, then December, then January. Jan. 30 got a FedEx email that I have a package coming from Dearborn, MI arriving Feb. 3... Not holding my breath but hopeful...

Got my adapter, FORD branded, today Feb 2, 2025, ordered on May 20, 2024 number FAE 90106523.

Came in a 'gift box' with a personal note from Jim Farley printed on the inside (see pics).

I almost dropped mine a couple times.
The whole CCS1 system is very "clunky."

Watched pot never boils. Forget about it entirely. Maybe one day it will show up. Maybe not. Go enjoy your truck. I put 20k miles on my truck in less than 6 months and have never once needed it.
