How to limit speed

I just bought -22 Lightning Lariat and I live in Finland. Because of regulations I have to be able to limit this trucks speed to 55 mph. Is there a tuner that can do this or can forscan do this or is it even possible straight from the truck?

It's possible there's a ForScan mod for fleet sales but that isn't something I've ever considered.

If you have two keys, set one to a MyKey. Do NOT set both, otherwise the dealership will have to undo it.

Because of tax reasons and maybe also because of the gross weight I have to register it here as semi truck or I’m not sure what you call it. That’s why I have to get certificate for registration that top speed is about 55mph

Ok it’s that easy I can program via my key that with other key top speed is 55mph
