My truck has been thru a few different builds. It started out as a stock pro, then modded into a budget Lariat. Because of the standard battery pack I was hesitant to do an off road build but I finally caved in. I've always liked the way the Tremor Ice trucks look and thought Ford should build this trim. Who knows maybe they will, a test mule was seen driving around a few years ago. I got the inspiration from seeing a post on the Raptor skid plate. Shout out to @Electric Marine and @AZT9. From there I just started getting the parts together. As for efficency, its been better than expected. I'm at 1500 miles on this set up, averaging 2.1. But that has included some road trips with an IKamper over the bed and a dirtbike on a hitch carrier. On my daily commute I average 2.3, 32 miles round trip mixed freeway (65 mph) and city.
Parts
Raptor Skid plate used ebay, I used a similar method to @derelict and what @Electric Marine and @AZT9 did for trimming. Active aero removed and disabled using Forscan.
Tremor lower valance trim Pieces, ordered from the dealer, part numbers ML3Z-17626-DA and ML3Z-17626-AB. The tremor skid plate is narrower than the raptor so you will have to trim these a bit. They sit on either side of the skid plate, bolt up with the existing holes under the bumper.
OEM Bedside and tailgate tremor decals ebay, removing the adhesive left from the lightning badges was harder than expected.
Raptor running boards used offer up, these suprisingly mounted up to the mounting brackets no problem. I found a set missing the brackets for sale locally, I just unscrewed my running boards from the brackets. I installed a set of led lights under the rear fender to replace the lights that were on the stock boards.
Upfitter Switches, link to my install thread https://www.f150lightningforum.com/...fitter-aux-switches-how-to.25671/#post-492493
Towhook covers, Steering wheel decal, Grill decal, etsy. I wanted to mimic the 2024 style Ice tremor grill. I found a seller on etsy to make it custom. The towhook covers and steering wheel decal were listed for sale.
2 inch front Leveling kit, Rough country, this combined with the 1.5 inch rear lowering kit gave the truck a .5 inch rake.
1.5 Inch Rear Lowering Kit, I used the ice McGaughy's shock mount lowering kit and Icon rear camber kit. Rough country also makes a rear shock lowering kit now. I'm glad I installed the rear camber kit. I was able to do a 4 wheel allignment after getting the wheels and tires.
Trex T200 Wheels, Forged Monoblock 6061-T6 Construction, rated for 2456 lbs each, weight around 28 lbs.
Nitto Recongrappler AT Tires, size 275/65/R20 (34), 116t load rating, weight 47 lbs.
