I only have 6 of the 10 cards but the image he has is not using FORScan the way you have us doing it. I tried looking through the APIM sheet but couldn't find this or looked at it and didn't know it.

I would love to enable all 10 cards vs. my 6.

APIM 7D0-01-01 xxxx xxx* xx-- 4=ten presets, 0=six presets, 2=5 presets
APIM 7D0-01-03 xxxx xxxx xE-- enables Trip 1/2, Fuel Economy, Zone Lighting

if you search my APIM spreadsheet for "IOD" without quotes you'll see the cards that can be added.

Note: after making the changes above go into the wrench icon in FORScan and choose APIM reset and run that to make the changes visible immediately.

I have a 2021 Powerboost Platinum with Pro Power 7.2kw we can play around with using forscanBuying dongle on Amazon now! I’m getting rid of the stupid double honk first.

Can someone please help me disable the pedestrian alert system on this thing?

Does anyone else here know why this truck shutters when I give it light power to pass. Or if the auto cruise accelerates after I pass someone, it shutters always.

I have an itsx and I performed data log and I can see transmission converter slip pid jumping around when the shutter is occurring. Feels like a cylinder missfire often as well, so I don’t know.

I think there is some way to look at some of these things. I’m wondering if anyone has looked into the 2021 hybrid trucks to see what may be available.

I know of one on my wish list! Disable the 30 second lane centering disable if hands not on steering wheel.

If anyone knows what code I should should change for that jewel, please let me know because I’ll have the usb dongle soon.

I researched disabling the Pedestrian Alert and looks like the only way to do that is pulling the wire on the speaker. Also, nothing for disabling the "keep hands on wheel" message.

Hanging a 2.5 lb ankle weight on the steering wheel makes the lane centering quite nice on long highway trips. I don’t trust it a lot when there’s much traffic but for light traffic it’s great. If you do a forum search, there’s another thread on this.

My two biggest wants were to disable the pedestrian sounder and get rid of the "hands on wheel" requirement for lane centering, but it seems like both are locked down, both are obviously safety features so I'm not surprised.

Just got my adapter setup and am going to try enabling a few things I've seen here that look useful.

@Livnitup do you know if there is a way to get the rear c clamp lighting to be on with the DRLs like in prior years? Still waiting for my obd ex cable to arrive so I can delve into the settings but hoping to see if someone had already figured it out.

Has anyone figured out how to activate the bed camera from the R hand side of the screen? I used Livinitup's post from 7/13 and was able to activate the cards in APIM for trip, pitch/roll, and bed cam, but the bedcam card doesn't do anything even when in park. Any ideas? otherwise i'll just deactivate that card for now.

This is my first time using Forscan, been a Ford owner for 18 years, obviously a newbie but i've been able to do Bambi mode, disable double honk, add digital readout to gauges, set blinker to 5 blinks from 3, global windows (only front two as previous have said), and added cards as above.

Patiently waiting for you computer wizzes to come up with more mods! Thank you!

Hello again @Livnitup I replaced my Lariat high mirrors with OEM factory tow mirrors for the 2021. I got a hold of the ML3Z-17696-CA mirrors. However, upon install, BLIS and zone lighting work, but power adjust does not work correctly. It will only adjust left and up but not down and right. Same issue on passenger mirror as well.

Incidentally it was the exact same issue when I installed aftermarket 2018 tow mirrors on my 2021. I subsequently purchased the OEM ford 2021 mirrors but same issue.

Could this be related to a mirror unit re-sync/re-initialization issue? Can forscan help me reset the mirror controls?
