You still win! It cost him $38 in gas to beat ya. Enjoy that “free” lunch!I've accepted that we can't always be the fastest, but I admired his ride and graciously picked up the lunch tab...
Yeah, but not often (yet) that I encounter one that I'm fairly certain is faster. Like this or the TRX... That said, I'm not in the habit of proving it very often.Lightnings were never the fastest at any point. The quad r1t is decently quicker to 60 and was out well before. Ford didn’t chase that crown.
We're loving the black beauty, Neil! That's a stunning F-150 Lightning! Thanks for sharing.I've accepted that we can't always be the fastest, but I admired his ride and graciously picked up the lunch tab...
Sadly, I didn't really get a chance to race him. We were meeting there for lunch and he showed up in that; it is one of several of his cars that, I suspect, could beat me. It was a good lunch though, and I did beat him to the check!Just curious, were you at least faster off the line? Like in top end faster?
What’s the range on that thing?I've accepted that we can't always be the fastest, but I admired his ride and graciously picked up the lunch tab...

I'd definitely bet the Lightning can win that category, especially with any aggression by the Shelby. What’s the range on that thing?
It's a Shelby Super Snake of some sort. A highly modified Lariat, I believe...what is that?
