  1. Liking my Lightning... but no way to lock tailgate in down position?

I'm this situation, I'd put a moving blanket behind the mower and ratchet strap the tailgate closed. Then you don't have to worry about stone chips on the downward facing surfaces. Our you could use a 4x4 section of 1/2" plywood. Put it under the rear wheels of the mower and extend it over the...
  2. Issue With Glare Free

Everything should work if you have the green symbol and it's selected in the menu. Is it dark enough on the roads you're driving to activate the high beams? Also, pay attention the sides of the road. They will be better illuminated. If you still feel something isn't right, double check your...
  3. X-plan pricing

X plan is a set number. You don't get dealer discounts on top of it.
  4. Issue With Glare Free

You don't turn your high beams on to use the glare free system. By turning the high beams on, you are overriding them. That is why you are being flashed. Leave the green auto symbol on the dash and drive. They will automatically activate at 33mph.
  5. F150 Lightning FORscan thread

I feel like we're driving different vehicles. I never had a blinking red light I had to turn off with FORSCAN.
  6. F150 Lightning FORscan thread

    What blinking red light?
  7. F150 Lightning FORscan thread

Not true. I don't have that screen and my seatbelts have been turned off using the procedure in the manual since the day I bought it.
  8. F150 Lightning FORscan thread

You don't need FORSCAN to get rid of the chime. There is a procedure to do it in the owners manual. And yes, you'll never hear the chime.
  9. Maybe Ford just doesn't want to sell F150 Pro at $39k instead of an ICE truck?

And the Ford F150 on that list isn't even close to a comparable PRO. The cheapest crew cab 4x4 XL is $50,000.
  10. EAP Forums relaunch

I'm in and never had an invite.
  11. Remote start results in charging to 100%?

That's been happening since day 1. It did it with my 2021 ICE truck too, so not even specific to the Lightning.
  12. DO NOT BRING LIGHNING IN FOR RECALLS! Truck is dead at dealer. ***Update 10/16, fixed after 5 weeks***

I would say all of them, but definitely the front sensor CSP. They had my 12V battery on their charger and it still dropped into the 25% charge rate. Bumper to bumper is 3 years/36k miles.
  13. Level kit installed - better range?

What month did you install them? If you installed them in the spring, the summer temperatures might explain the better efficiency.

  15. Changing a flat tire, could not use the included jack

It probably would have worked for me. I was on stable ground and in a parking lot. I just didn't want to do it. I had the spare down and the lugs loose when the driver showed up. Took 5 minutes. It also helps I was on the clock the whole time. No rush in my case.
  16. Fordpass not showing amps added at home

You don't add amps. You add Kwh. And Fordpass is very unreliable. Even if it did work, chances are it would be wrong. And I'd edit that picture. It has your home address on it.
  17. Changing a flat tire, could not use the included jack

I feel your pain. I didn't trust the jack. Roadside assistance had the correct jack for me this morning.
  18. DO NOT BRING LIGHNING IN FOR RECALLS! Truck is dead at dealer. ***Update 10/16, fixed after 5 weeks***

Do the CSP before your bumper to bumper warranty expires. If your 12v battery dies, they will replace it for free. I'm out of warranty. If it died, it would have been on me.
