Overpriced? Maybe. COVID did a number on prices for everything.
I believe the real problem is the vehicles are highly optioned and Ford disconnected their more affordable products. They should have never got rid of the Fusion and Edge.
For a 350 mile trip, I'd be more concerned about finding functioning chargers than the price. With an extended range battery, you should only have to charge once.
I was hoping a search of your build would shed some light into what is holding up your truck. Most times, if there is something concerning, it is detailed in the ETA Disposition column. But, alas, there is nothing there. Sorry.
1. No updates and time is normal.
2. FCSP doesn't have a TOU option. I wish it did.
3. I'm not deleting my charge locations for an incident that happens this infrequently. They aren't corrupted. Ford just sucks at software.
4. My charge window starts at 11pm. My update window is 1am...
Happened again last night. Never woke up to charge.
Some of our newer members should take note. You wonder why some things don't work and get fixated on the app. It's not all about the app. Ford just sucks at software.
As others have said, try rebooting your phone if you already haven't.
PAAK stopped working for both my wife and I on both our vehicles after FordPass updated to the latest version. Rebooting our phones took care of the issue.
Also, haven't you set up your backup start code?
When I added the heated wheel to my 2018, I also had to change the clockspring and add wires for it. Double check you did all the hardware changes for this model generation
Once the schedule is saved to the truck, the app has nothing to do with the process. Your truck isn't getting a signal from an external server to start preconditioning. It's all internal to the vehicle.
