Seems like since I got this update the 24 hour clock keeps enabling after changing drive modes. I have to go to settings, (where its turned off) then turn it on and turn it off again to go back to 12 hr clock.
Its been about 2 months since mine was completed with no issues. I did have an issue with overheating motors immediately after due to some air left in the coolant lines but they quickly fixed that.
They arent being truthful. I had a module replaced for the same errors and it took 1-1.5 hours to drop the battery. Maybe they are including the disassembly of the other modules, but to get the battery off the truck doesnt take long at all.
Not sure if it was this update or the other update that was a repeat of previous ones but -
Tow/Haul now has 1 petal drive available. It used to not be an option in tow haul mode.
same here. Had to plug in and it finally took it after a little while on the charger. It did not understand my saved location and wanted to charge to 100% as well. Also, I lost all my radio (but not Sirius oddly) stations.
For the first time, I can’t get this update to install. Tried about 10 times now. The other priority update installed yesterday with no issue and I got this one an hour later.
I drove it about 30 mins today thinking the 12V battery may be low from the first update but still no change. Any ideas?
had the same thing happen to me when I installed 4.2.4. As soon as It was installed I got the same errors as you. its not caused by the update per-se, you had the code the whole time. Reference customer satisfaction 23H01. You will probably be getting a new battery module. Sorry to give you...
I am in EAP as well and have not received it. I usually get updates as soon as anyone now that I am in EAP. Guess this update does not apply to everyone.
Its not possible on the truck, like with Tesla. It is possible to adjust it on the Ford Charge Station Pro that you are waiting on having installed.
Also note, its not available to change on your mobile charger - only the FCSP.
I had an appointment on 5/8 and the parts had been there for at least a week by then. When I had it towed to the dealer so that it would be there on 5/8 they told me that a Ford Technician was coming in to assist with the repair, but he wasn't scheduled to come until 5/15 so it sat for a week...
I had the same call from Ford. Got it scheduled with my dealer, then 3 days later I had the drivetrain error/HV battery issue and the truck was undriveable. You didnt get the call at random., if you pulled your DTC codes right now you have a error. Hopefully you can get it in and out without...
