I have the FCSP wired to 100 amp breaker. Electricity is delivered at 242 volts at my home. With FCSP at highest setting, the most wattage ever was 18kW to the truck. I have never seen 19.2 kW but in 2 years of ownership never really needed it
BTW - licensed electrician installed and I...
I’m glad I found out how to access that space. I didn’t know that seat back would flip down. I just don’t think I’ll need the space but may need to get back there some time.
I love all the nuggets of info I get from this forum.
I used a box wrench and released the spring loaded clasp to flip the driver side rear seat back forward.
There isn’t much room back there.
I don’t think getting back there will be a regular occurrence for me.
Got my first pickup after moving to TX in the 70’s. Before that I never knew that the back slider window was for throwing the empty long necks into the bed.
VAF84 - could you sweet talk the construction manager into running a 240v line to the parking or lay down area for you? Build a 2x4 tripod with a dryer receptacle and you’ll be golden. Couple lunches would probably cover you electricity tab.
YOU NEED SNOWS.
I picked up a take off set of F150 20” wheels and vetted them through Ford. I used the Ford Parts Website and requested and received confirmation in writing. I took the 4 old snow tires that I used on my 2015 Lariat that are 113R but I know I won’t exceed the 10,000 pound...
Hope more adapters get out soon.
Skipped the jammed Tesla chargers in Breezewood this weekend to hit the EA in Bedford. Pricy but no wait there.
Ran 178 kW up to 60%. Dropped to 115 kW to 80%. I can live with that.
But there is no “free lunch”. Just optimized to reduce equipment size. We did similar liquid injection 30 years ago in chemical plants. With 15,000 bhp motor driven screw compressors. It works. The question always was how to simplify and keep capital costs down.
You can dial the FCSP down and use a lower amp circuit breaker with thinner wire. Be sure to use the lower amp breaker to eliminate potential for problems.
I have a 30 year old Craftsman combination lift and jack stand. Unfortunately, it’s only rated for 2 tons. But the Jack is integral with the lift and ratchets up as you raise the vehicle. A release on the lift handle locks the jack stand in place under the vehicle. Repeat for all 4 corners.

Made a large loop yesterday from Pittsburgh to MD & NoVa then home.
Charged at EA Hagerstown and EA Bedford. No waiting, no problems except getting sandwiches at Sheetz took forever.

While the SOLIS cover is capable of charging any electric vehicle (EV), it's important to note that Worksport has not yet developed an adaptor to plug directly into your specific EV model.
The process of connecting the SOLIS cover directly to an EV requires review and...
The 80 amp charger required 100 amp circuit breaker. But 80 amps is way more than needed. But you don’t know that at the time.
Roads here in western PA are not conducive to good gas mileage. The hills are steep and winding. The 16.5 mpg is indicative of my driving style and road conditions. I...
