I emailed my dealer and they confirmed that the truck is actually in transit and no longer in a chip hold of any kind. They did say it's not for sure that it will arrive before the end of the year, but I think that's just them trying to manage expectations. I'm still hopeful that it'll arrive on schedule, or close to it.

This is what my tracker is showing.... how do we know that the truck is actually shipped and in transit and not just sitting on Ramp 51 collecting dust? I have the estimated delivery of 12/13-12/19.

Built 11/25/2022 (or that's when I got the email that it was done)
Shipped 11/28/2022 (again, email received then)

From experience managing all the build group data, I can say with high confidence that you are indeed shipped. You can reach out to Ford CS or your dealer and they can tell you the actual shipped date, the truck's last reported location, and the railcar #.
