Did they give you an estimated delivery? They told me 12/22-12/29. I’m blend 12/7 though so I’m curious if they gave you an estimated delivery and since then retracted it

just google ford chat and it comes up . Enter some basic info and vin and you can talk with a customer service agent. Some are more helpful than others.

So my dealer just texted me back. He sent me a screen grab attached.

I'm at ramp 51 in Flat Rock as well. He said that is the normal awaiting shipping lot. I tend to agree with this as this is what occurred on my current Powerboost. It sat for about a week at ramp 51 and got shipped. What does concern me is that it says chip hold still. He said he couldn't find an ETA, but will dig around to see what he finds.

My Pro says shipped on the tracker! I tried the chat to get other information. Strongly, the agent helping with the chat said it still shows as a chip hold. She couldn't provide any estimate for delivery. Below is the reply I got:

"It says in transit from my end. As stated I do see there is a Micro Chip Hold so this could delay the delivery.

Does says in transit. I do also see there is a Chip Hold. This would be resolved before the vehicle is released to the dealer."

Had nothing going on in the ticket queue so I waited on the chat for about 30 min and was greeted with this news

Congrats on being almost there! Did you confirm the PCO and price protection with your dealer? Let us know how delivery and purchasing goes!

I called the dealer today, and they said they were able to see $7,000 for the Cash Private Offer (CPO), but he said they hadn't heard about the $5,000 price protection and couldn't find anything else about that. I sent a follow up email, but haven't heard back.

He also said the truck was still still on a microchip hold despite the Ford tracker saying "built" as of 12/9. I attached a screenshot of the details he sent me. I'm not sure what to make of it.

I just got an email from Ford saying it is shipped. Logging into my ford account now shows estimated delivery of 1/2/2023 - 1/8/2023.
