Got my shipped email at 2am this morning. Called dealer, they said Ford is experiencing shipping delays so can't guarantee it'll come before year end.

I did a trace with Union Pacific on my rail car number and found out it was loaded last night around 8:30 PM and scheduled to arrive at it's destination (wherever that is) on 12/26. So, now I'm keeping hope alive I can take possession by EOY!

After many attempts I finally got ahold of chat and could you believe it they said my truck was in the Hermosillo Plant in Mexico. I quickly told her that is interesting considering my truck has been at Ramp 51 for days . She quickly said " Oh I'm sorry yes your truck is still in ramp 51". Basically they have no idea or estimate for shipping.

It is out of my control, I've resigned that I'll be watching it arrive just after the new year and due to my situation I'll more than likely not be able to use the new Tax Credit in '23. I did just see that there is another price hike tonight so I'm just glad we aren't subject to that as well.

Seeing you all with the same build dates and estimates for delivery by the end of month gives me a little hope.

lt Is appearing this way. My PowerBoost took 6 months from order to delivery, but the info was much more clear. The websites all worked and timelines were tight. Perhaps with it being the EOY things are just hectic as they try to move as many vehicles as they can.

It is encouraging to see you are further than me from Mi, but getting your truck by the end of the year if all goes right. Still some hope…

I have a vin and a blend date of 11/29 now , but also a chip hold lol. Ford’s site still shows in production but was able to see the window sticker.. which is cool.

haha that's crazy!! unless it is on a train that forgot to stop?! lol Sounds like they are just set up to say ramp 51 no matter what haha.

shoot price hike for what models?! that'll mean we need to get purchase protected from the dealer which has proven to be a nuisance and sometimes a losing battle for some.

it may also be the transition they just did moving to the new system "VINview" . They rolled it out 25 October.

Had a mild panic with the price increase and realizing it isn't eligible for the state rebate due to the MSRP being over $60k, so hopefully this is accurate and I can at least get the legacy fed EV rebate. It's now in the hands of the shipper and the credit union I have applied to.

Is your truck already built with the window sticker? If so you should be fine. The price hike only applies to orders going forward. Talked with my dealer this morning and there is no change to my truck price.

interesting.. that could be the issue. I had very accurate info over the summer. Chat seems to know less than my dealer currently.

Is your truck already built with the window sticker? If so you should be fine. The price hike only applies to orders going forward. Talked with my dealer this morning and there is no change to my truck price.

Yeah I figured I was locked in on the initial price jump price but got in my head and immediately started looking at used PowerBoosts last night lol.

My dealer is allowing me to sign up on the truck at any time now that the truck has "shipped". They warn that the truck still shows on chip hold and that there is no ETA. If I purchase truck now, the loan begins and my warranty begins but the title transfers to me and they truck will have been "delivered" from a paperwork standpoint. For me, the 7500 dollar credit is worth taking the risk that I lose a month of warranty and have to start making loan payments a month early.
