Apparently I need to be here... Have my Vin and Window Sticker, no module data yet.

Very odd - when I use the tracker on both the Ford site and the forums, I get nothing. But the window sticker link and module data link work. Anyone else have this or thoughts on a resolution? Ford Chat support said "call dealer," but did confirm the status as "in production."

ive been having problems with the tracker too, lately. When the tracker says order number, it doesn’t mean the online order number. It means the four-digit order number that can only be obtained from your dealer system.
If you have the correct four-digit order number, then it may just be that the system is down, because the tracking page isn’t updating for me either today.

You can get the order number from your window sticker, no need to contact the dealer. There is a field called "Item #" near the bottom of the window sticker, it will have some digits in the form XX-YYYY. The YYYY part is your order number.

Yes, if you want to know your WBDO order number, it's visible on your window stick, as highlighted in this sample, the 7171 is the order number for this FLEET BUYER/ORDER, I've noticed a consistent trend, when the sticker has a BLUE outline color AND says SPECIAL ORDER, like this it's a FLEET order notice this PRO has an ER battery, the ONLY way those can come is via FLEET ordering!!

Now that you know the WBDO order number you can use the other FORD and third party tracking systems

You should have had your sticker last week. Sure you are entering the vin correctly?

Not 100% sure if 301 are being built with the spray-in bed liners, this lower # range are randomly sprinkled in with the larger group (685) of production with-out spray in I suspect that the total actual planned volume is only in the area of 685 this week, (the biggest so far), you guys are just segregated because of the post line actions needed.

I can add you to my standalone sheet which is what I use to generate reports, but do consider registering with the official forum table, if you do so they can do their analysis as well.

In the meantime, could you include your sanitized order number, reservation date (ex...5/19/2021), Wave date (Ex. 1/6 and every 14 days there after) and Order date.
