Yeah, they told me that also. Late June early July. However, Ford Chat this morning gave me a rail car number and told me it was in transit, so who knows. Looks like TTGX is just a container that gets moved from railway to railway lol, good times.

You can track using your TTGX number by calling this number - 800-235-2352. The system is automated and can tell you current location and ETA, if it’s available.

...because...trolls have gotten into the cab and chewed the upholstery? You're missing the windshield wipers cause somebody needed them for a recall? Your truck is missing a Turbo Encabulator module?

Just got a LITTLE bit of news- was chatting with my service advisor about some work on my current truck, and lamenting I hadn't seen anything on the new one yet, he offered to look it up by VIN and can see that it's showing as built as of 5/9, could see notes about software being uploaded on 5/10, but unfortunately no other notes as to why it hasn't shipped yet... That's more than I've been able to see in any of the online trackers to date, so I'll take that tiny crumb for now.

Yep Call up the Union Pacific (800-877-5123) and give them the whole rail car (Letters and Numbers). You have to do it verbally but it's worked for me...mine's is arriving into Chicago tomorrow!!!

If it was through UP it would be great, you can even track on a map. Unfortunately I’m with Canadian Railways, probably going to Vancouver somewhere

Why would a train with cargo that's going to end up in Southern California take a detour across international boundaries to get there?

When you chat with them - does it sound like they pull up a visibility report? I chatted to them once a while ago, weeks, and it only sounded like they repeated what the tracker said. Felt like it was pointless talking to them.

I just asked the rep that I wanted to know the status, and she said “in transit, railcar#” this info usually comes from the VR
