I have been using that number and the ford tracking site still not working.
The shop.ford site seems to be iffy at times. I suspect it is related to this message. Perhaps if Ford is detecting too many tracking attempts from your browser they shut it down for a while.

Have you tried deleting you browsing history? Or, try a different browser. I normally use Chrome but sometimes when the order tracker doesn't return a result in Chrome for a while, I will switch over to Edge (which I never use) and it will work there.

No disrespect to Ford, but that page is terribly designed.

Hitting that page opens an active connection between your browser, with a timeout of a few minutes (you can see this for yourself, load the page, wait 5 mins, then try to search for ANYTHING). It's programmed to continuously expect a submission from your client browser, and seems to freak out when you DO want to submit (pressing submit requiring multiple interactions)

Checked the tracking site for me and it still shows nothing new while blend dates after 5/23 are getting shipping information. Getting worse by the day.

Dang. That stinks. I'm a 6/10, I'm hoping that some of the 6/9 built dates mean I'm coming up but I know that's not a done deal. DCU raised their rates 0.5% today. Very annoying.

I wonder if those folks use the robotic query app's are overloading the system, sucking up resources?

Advice to anyone using them, adjust the frequency to something reasonable, 4 times a day at most, even this is probably too frequent, it seems FOMOCO data processing runs in daily batch cycles, sometime early in the morning between 0330 and 0530.

Making repetitious unproductive inquiries overloads the system, making it difficult for individual customers to query the system once a day.

Exciting to see more moving. Sure seems 5/24 was the fateful day (of course I feel that way since that was my day). Gettin' skipped right over.

I am in the middle of the 5/23 scan, it's also flash-backing for me too, usually a sign of a LOCKED RECORD in a database, possible update coming.
