@TaxmanHog latest VVR details....seems like a chip issue delay on the Pro

There is a microchip delay on the order. Your vehicle is expected to be produced and awaiting shipment by 9/29/2022. Once the vehicle is picked up by the shipper it will generate a delivery time frame in our system.
There's a chip hold on my 7/25 Lariat ER as well. We may be the only ones -- looks like everyone else with a VIN on the spreadsheet from 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, and 8/8 build weeks are built. Over half of 8/15 and 8/22 have shipped already...

Edit: oh and the icing on the cake, they pulled my smart scales too so I’m on a chip hold even after undesired feature removal. :(

@Ffxdude nope my cat is just normal domestic medium hair. he has a bit of that look but he's definitely not that big.

anyone from the NE / Boston area probably cringes seeing that 'chips' photo. There is an awful local commercial (radio 98.5) from an auto dealer whom keeps talking about chips. crunches and all. its on par with kars for kids.....

Has anyone else been monitoring their vampire drain?

I’m used to my Teslas losing several miles overnight when unplugged. I’ve found that my F-150L is losing….nothing. Not a single mile overnight. That seems weird, but is awesome at the same time. Is anyone else seeing that?

Same, most of the time I don't see any loss overnight. Where is usually see a change is while I'm at work. I'll leave it at 200ish and come back out and it'll say 199 or so. I took it more as an update from the GOM based upon my led foot that morning or the high ambient temp in the afternoon.

It sounds like I will not have to worry when I leave mine at the Airport in November. Should still be good to go when we get back.

Yea, it was always a concern with the Tesla. This is an amazing thing.

Oh also…my Rivian arrived. And wouldn’t you know it I’m scheduled to take delivery before I head out for two weeks again. Figures

Sounds about right...I can't wait to hear how you compare the two after some time driving it.

I’ve enjoyed my first 1000 miles in the truck, and I just finally got my FCSP installed and functioning properly. But…

We loaded up for kids soccer and football games the morning and the tailgate won’t function. It lowered fine, then beeps three times and nothing. Button on the tailgate, button in the cab and remote button all yield the same result of three beeps and no movement.

I manually closed it, one side was more resistant to latching, but nothing crazy. Took it by the dealer and he pulled codes and is going to have to keep it to figure out what’s going on. I didn’t get the actual codes, but it sounded like multiple actuators and sensors threw errors (several short to grounds).

Monday they’ll look at it and go from there.

I had a similar issue yesterday. Took something out of the bed thought I closed it using the button on the tailgate. Went inside and came back out when the electrician arrived to install the FCSP. I noticed the tailgate was down(thought I was losing It) and went back over to push the button. Nothing happened. So I went in and got the fob, and tried that. It gave me three beeps and didn’t go up. Had to close it manually. Today it worked normally.

Your FCSP work ok for you? I got the overheating notice and it stopped charging about 30 min into the cycle. Turned it down to 60 amps on the app and it worked fine.

So far, so good on the FCSP. No charging issues. Still no luck on the tailgate, dealers looking Monday.

My software on the charger is 2.112.64 currently. That’s the overheating prone version as I understand it. Supposedly it’ll update to 2.112.68 within the week without me instigating it. Hopefully it’ll be your fix too.
