I just got a call from my dealer saying my truck is at the local rail yard. They stated I may have it by end of the week.

My dealer tells me that they have no tools to track my shipment and that the truck will show up when it shows up. They're useless.

I am in the same boat in that it is in the local rail yard and no further information is available. Was dropped off last Saturday according to Norfolk southern tracking and ford chats information got updated on Monday that it is sitting there. Really hoped to have it before week is out but right now I have given up hope. Dealer just says delivery between 16th and 22nd which is simply what the Ford portal shows to me. There has got to be some information in the system as to when a trucking company will send it the last 15 miles.

Been reading previous week's threads searching for scraps of info to figure out where my truck is. Saw that you can look up your VIN and see if United Road has it:

My VIN is showing up with a load number - This link has more info on what to do next. I just registered my email - we'll see what comes up.

Mine pops up on United Road as well. I assume this will be the final leg after the truck finally gets loaded on a train.

Mine popped up on United Road too. I registered to follow the destination.

My has been stuck in the black hole called Blue Island, IL BNSF since Friday. There are others in the 7/11 group there also.

At least someone denied my Ford Pass activation request. Shows someone likely moved my truck. To where? No idea.

Just checked. It moved from Flat Rock, MI to New Boston, MI. Based on what I'm reading it seems like either the truck goes to New Boston to sit for a while or it'll finally get on a train to make its way to the east coast.

I abandoned the process when I got to the trade-in appraisal phase.
If you're making a straight up purchase with Ford or private bank financing, give it a shot!

Just got the call we are all waiting for my Lightning has been delivered and it will be ready for pick up today. Unfortunately Parsons only does mailed checks and no drafting. So I may not be able to pick up until tomorrow or Monday.

Mine just changed to Pending pickup on the united road tracker. Gettin real.

I picked mine up Friday evening awesome truck drove it for about 75 miles so far still have 64% battery left
