Yes, I moved to shipped yesterday and got both the built and shipped emails this morning.

LOADED onto a Hansen&Adkins transport trailer at Hapeville/ATLANTA ramp staging yard/lot

ready for CDL driver to attach and bring to dealer

150 miles south - 3 1/2 hour drive.


This is the only retail PRO for Georgia, that we know of.
This is only one of four PROs in IcedBlueSilver in the country, that we know of.(NC, TN, CO)
No more IcedBlueSilver.
No more PROs until this time NEXT YEAR, at least that are scheduled, that we know about....crazy.

Did you get tracking info from Ford chat?

yes: initially you CHAT with Ford and request a TRAIN CAR number, IF your truck is actually loaded onto a train car, yet.

depending on what TRAIN company, such as Norfolk Southern to the southern states, you call their CUSTOMER SERVICE number and it can provide you the current location, terminal, yard, etc.

as it progresses over the next several days, you can also use their NS map to find the route it is taking to your closest 'A'(auto Ramp unloading yard)

when it finally arrives, you can then try to find out which transport company will be bringing it to your dealer

Can you give me a rough timeline on your built to shipped to delivery? I'm over in Alabama and would think mine would be similar. I received my BUILT email this morning at 3am with a delivery to dealer of Sept 8-14th. Dealer is located in Montgomery, AL.

Is yours landing within the delivery estimate?

My dealer texted me this morning to let me know my truck was delivered last night! Unfortunately I am out of town until tomorrow night and they are closed on Sunday so I will have to wait until Monday to pick it up. This was a 7/28 blend date ER Lariat Max Tow no spray in liner (probably should have done that) delivered to central NY on 8/18.

I’ve called this number 1 800 877-5123 and followed prompts for a trace. One piece of equipment. Then said the car number. You have to speak clear and fast saying the whole thing with the TTGX etc. Seems to work unless I’m tracking the wrong one! This is number is for Union Pacific which I read goes west of the Mississippi.

I also received a ship notification this morning with 9/1 to 9/7 ETA unchanged. Good to see progress! When did you get a photo of your truck from Ford? I noticed my built and shipped emails did not have one.

I’m in Minnesota and CN was the initial rail line and I’m using their automated tracing system, I believe BNSF now has my truck.
