Have any Cali folk in this group track the shipment?
I got my railcar number form the Ford chat. I honestly don't know what to do with it; skimming the other threads here ("Train ride to SoCal", some of the other build week threads...), it sounds like you either need to call a phone number--not all carriers have that--or have a paid business account.

Tyler, hopefully this info is still current. Got this from the Lightning Owners forum (originally posted back in February). When I used it to track mine last month via Norfolk Southern, it still worked.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say whatever your numbers are.
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.

Union Pacific
1. Call UP at 1-800-877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. (Example CN123456 all together)
4. Listen for your update

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. (As in: TTGX will be 8849)
5. When prompted, enter the remaining numbers then press #.

Thanks for this. Ford chat also said it was with Canadian National Railways, though I understand the railcar may swap carriers as it moves.

Same here, scales in the truck, can't see them in the app.
Hmm.

I’m curious if my truck isn’t moving because maybe they’re still figuring out how to make the UI realize they aren’t installed, without impacting any of the other features that come with the tow tech package. So far I haven’t found anyone who’s had a truck ship with the smart scales removed.

I still have scales but I don't see them in the app like others do.

Now I don't feel all alone, LOL. I have the scales and smart hitch but they don't show up on my FordPass app either.

I also still have no idea what PowerUp version I have. I haven't received a message for the receiving the 3.5.2 update posted here on Wednesday. And I'm questioning if I did actually receive 3.2.0 like I thought I did. In post #18 and #30 here, there is picture of the SYNC 4A screen showing a Lightning bolt at the top with a smaller Alexa icon. My SYNC 4A still has the larger Alexa icon with no Lightning bolt. Funny though, yesterday I got an email from Ford about keeping my Power-Up software updated to keep using BlueCruise. I have it connected to my home WiFi and auto updates is on, so I'm confused on why they sent me that.

Funny though, yesterday I got an email from Ford about keeping my Power-Up software updated to keep using BlueCruise.
That was likely a mass email; I received it too. I got the impression there is a BlueCruise Maps update available or coming.

Has anyone in our build week receive their FCSP if it was included in your trim? I confirmed the address with sunrun a couple of weeks ago but haven’t heard anything since.
Mine was delivered earlier this week.

Same here. Furthermore I frequently have long periods of time where the truck refuses to connect via cellular or wifi. For example, my truck is in my driveway now where it has access to wifi, but I can't connect to it with the app. From inside the truck it does not show any connection and when I check the settings it doesn't show any wifi networks available.

Does the above happen to anyone else?

Still waiting for Lariat to be delivered here in the Bay Area. Says 9/11 - 9/17 but not holding my breath. Coming via convoy but I don't think there is a way to check where it is.

Latest chat with Ford.com says 9/14. Reservation page still says 9/8 to 9/14. Truck currently sitting in some facility in Eastern PA, I guess it is waiting to get trucked over to the dealer.

Yeah I also have no idea what version I am on for Power-Ups. I have the big old Alexa icon and no 2048 game but software update says I am up to date. 🙄
My system also says I only have BlueCruise til 10/9/22 sooooo who knows 😂
