I honestly don't know what to do with it; skimming the other threads here ("Train ride to SoCal", some of the other build week threads...), it sounds like you either need to call a phone number--not all carriers have that--or have a paid business account.Have any Cali folk in this group track the shipment?

That was likely a mass email; I received it too. I got the impression there is a BlueCruise Maps update available or coming.Funny though, yesterday I got an email from Ford about keeping my Power-Up software updated to keep using BlueCruise.

Same here. Furthermore I frequently have long periods of time where the truck refuses to connect via cellular or wifi. For example, my truck is in my driveway now where it has access to wifi, but I can't connect to it with the app. From inside the truck it does not show any connection and when I check the settings it doesn't show any wifi networks available.Now I don't feel all alone, LOL. I also still have no idea what PowerUp version I have. I haven't received a message for the receiving the 3.5.2 update posted here on Wednesday. And I'm questioning if I did actually receive 3.2.0 like I thought I did. In post #18 and #30 here, there is picture of the SYNC 4A screen showing a Lightning bolt at the top with a smaller Alexa icon. My SYNC 4A still has the larger Alexa icon with no Lightning bolt. Funny though, yesterday I got an email from Ford about keeping my Power-Up software updated to keep using BlueCruise. I have it connected to my home WiFi and auto updates is on, so I'm confused on why they sent me that.
