There are a bunch of BCE Modules but no PCM Modules listed. I have no idea what any of that means by the way in case someone wants to de-mystify (TIA!)

The PCM codes are included in the long list of codes under BCE, if you have a tear tag then programming of your truck is complete.

We do not have a comprehensive list of the other codes found along the top margin of the window sticker, though the BUMP correlates to the state where the truck will be delivered.

Dumb question: what is a tear tag?

It's listed here when you run your VIN through this search engine:

No official explanation, other than it populates after the last of the programming has been completed and we assume the truck is systemically "ALIVE"

If you have not seen it, here is an example:

I've speculated that it is a checksum to verify that the string of code is whole, but it might also just be a easier way for the technician to confirm that the code being used is a match for the vehicle VIN / tear tag.

The service equipment polls this database to confirm the codes for that specific vehicle before updating the module(s) and they also send back data to the system after manual updates are completed.

BTW, builds for 8/14 are just now showing codes and tear tag values, they are behind schedule even on the line!

Just looked at mine via that website, there's no module data at all despite having a blend date of 8/18/2023. I guess more waiting.

I had a blend date of 8/17 and just checked that site. Looks like the BCE modules have populated but no PCM yet. No tear tag either.

Looking at other 8/14 build week trucks, this is @s2master, he is scheduled for 8/17 but did not go into production until 8/22, so you should be seeing tear tag in the next day, maybe tonight.

Your truck is most likely being built today, based on the ~5 day delay of earlier trucks
