Interesting - My Dealer is in NH north country and not in MASS. Interesting - I hope there are not trains are not involved as that will add weeks to delivery. Not saying you are not providing correct info - but I thought I was told trains were not involved.
Ford vehicles destined for New England are moved by rail, first rail car drop is at Selkirk New York for dealers located in VT, CT & western Mass, these trucks sit in NY waiting for convoy runs to adjacent dealers.

The rail string continues to East Brookfield /Spencer MA where the remaining cars are dropped / unloaded, these vehicles are delivered to NH, Maine, central & Eastern Mass & Rhode Island.

I literally train spotted my trucks transportation from Dearborn, through Ohio, Pa, NY to Mass last summer, then with help from a fellow forum member, monitored the live movement of my convoy haul from Brookfield to Seekonk Mass, that afternoon, I visited the dealership to see it in person.

Just got an email it is built and website says it will be delivered this week 9/3-9/10?! I thought it took a month to deliver after built?
Wait a week to see the ETA change .... it will!
Have you received an updated ETA on your personal order page now that the original estimate is past due?

Your info is helpful. I have Order Date of 3/30, week of PROD 8/7, Blend date of 8/11, In Production 8/14 and told by Dealer Truck is "built and sitting at factory lot. No "built email like others and given an ETA of 9/12 to 9/18 - not sure if that is ETA to In transit or to the Dealer. Thoughts on how I can track since updates are very opaque with lack of info.

Thanks aware of this process. My challenge is understanding why I do not have built update if my Truck is built and a lot for transit. My Ramp One code is CA46. Appreciate insights.

My challenge is understanding why I do not have built update if my Truck is built and a lot for transit. My Ramp One code is CA46
There is a global hold releasing the trucks to built status.

We have not been told why, wild speculation has ranged from minor part issues to trucks are being held for QC review, with the recent upgrade in plant capacity (facilities) and increase in workforce, they are scrutinizing multiple weeks of production and holding them before giving a go ahead to start shipping.

CA46 is the mechanicville NY Norfolk Southern rail yard, is your dealer in or close to the VT border?

Yes - My Dealer is clover to the VT border than the MA border. You commented and I bolded "global hold" Are you a Dealer or how do you have this info. I have never owned a Ford. The lack of transparent updates is really frustrating me about Ford. I hope this changes this week. If there is a "built" hold or some other hold they should be transparent to build trust in Ford and their "updates" Clearly it seems there is something going on.

I have never owned a Ford. The lack of transparent updates is really frustrating me about Ford. I hope this changes this week. If there is a "built" hold or some other hold they should be transparent to build trust in Ford and their "updates" Clearly it seems there is something going on.

It is a double-edged sword. Ford is one of a handful of manufacturers that gives out this level of information about production. It is definitely frustrating sometimes, but I appreciate the fact that they let us come along for the ride.

The destination drop off point, I have a list of rail codes but CH32 or xx32 is not listed (old data)

In the section that is typically "rail" it actually says "Convoy" so maybe it isn't shipping via rail?
Unlikely, you're nearly 700 miles from the Rouge, it's likely a rail yard that I don't have a reference code for.

BTW, every Lightning window Sticker indicates CONVOY, we've never seen a RAIL version to date.
