Right but that has been the answer for the past couple of weeks. One of the agents told me that the last update in the system was on 8/28 when it was sent to the body company. I've assumed that the bed liner has been done for quite some time. What is puzzling is why they have no updated information since August 28th.
It makes me wonder if there is something else going on beyond a chip hold.

Right. Not sure if they are parking them at the body company waiting for the chip? Anyone else get stuck at the body company?

I’ve not seen that in any of the recent build week groups. It’s as if my truck has fallen into black hole. I can ask my dealer to check their VVR but they have been reluctant to do so before.

I asked the dealer to look at the visibility report. He said it shows the same info and nothing more.

Well the train to NY arrived in Buffalo at 3:45AM today 9/23. Here is the updated map

I mentioned to my son-in-law who lives along the route and he sent me the picture below. Hmm..... I told him I have the GPS enabled and can open the frunk if it goes missing. Then he sent the picture below it. I think some people have lightning envy out there. Lock your doors

Well the train to NY arrived in Buffalo at 3:45AM today 9/23. Here is the updated map

I mentioned to my son-in-law who lives along the route and he sent me the picture below. Hmm..... I told him I have the GPS enabled and can open the frunk if it goes missing. Then he sent the picture below it. I think some people have lightning envy out there. Lock your doors

Agree it is frustrating to wait! I arrived by Canadian National Railroad sometime this last week and last known location was Salem, Illinois. Hopefully we don't hang out there too much longer! Illinois is fun to visit, BUT.....hahaha.

Talking to my dealer yesterday asking all sorts of questions. He told me almost the same thing as your rail friend. I was told: "Be patient, and wait. The good news is we have 3 custom orders including you and 9 dealer orders all about to hit San Antonio."

Been calling UP once or twice a day, and keep getting the "Train departed, Origin Ramp Rojas (?) CU" and then a time stamp sometime within half hour of whatever time I'm calling. First time it gave this update was the morning of 9/18, so I'm assuming it departed sometime over the past weekend and where it is now idk.

My dealer (SF Bay, CA) mentioned they've been receiving vehicles ~4-6 weeks after the "built" date, which is 9/8 for me and falls directly in-line with the estimated Oct 1-7 delivery eta from Ford's email.

Sold my old truck to Carvana today. Then for fun I stopped by the dealership to check out my Lightning even though they haven't prepped it yet. The shippers smashed it pretty good. And my passenger running board is delaminating already. It has some body work in its future, but will eventually be good to go.

My problem is the clause that you have to keep the truck for three years. If not then you owe the dealer 500.00

Looks like CSX changed the time the train rolled into Buffalo from 9/23/3:45am to 9/24 2:42pm. They still show the delivery to Selkirk, NY at 11am today but I assume that will slip until Monday.
