Hey @TaxmanHog, you seem to be the man who has a good understanding of what goes on in that production line. So is it true that Platinum configurations would not break out the on-board scales and smart hitch as a line item? I tried looking at some old VINS window stickers in your spreadsheet but it looks like Ford removes the online window stickers sometime after the cars have arrived at dealer and customers take delivery. Thanks in advance.I guess for Platinum trim "on-board scales and smart hitch" are not listed out specifically since Platinum equipment group 710A has tow tech and max trailer tow package as standard? Is it correct that if scales were deleted it would be in optional equipment delete section with a ~$650 credit like they deleted multicontour active motion with 300$ credit? They just remove Max recline without deleting it.
A bit strange that a few weeks production from now the 2023 have active motion back in Platinum as standard, so much for chip module shortage? They renamed the seats though to "Unique Multicenter w/ Active Motion Leather Seating Surface bucket." So now the Lariat seats have active motion in the Platinum?
Seems like demand for Platinum will zero out after Dec 31 because of zero tax credit over 80K.
As far as I understand it....Just checked and my sticker is there as well.
Not sure what all this means but since everyone else is putting it on their posts so I'm going to add it as well if someone wants to explain. I'm sure it's explained somewhere but I'm lazy.

Correct on both points Ford archives the stickers, though dealers on stock units might last longer until sold, but we have only Special Orders and DEMO'sHey @TaxmanHog, you seem to be the man who has a good understanding of what goes on in that production line. The Blend date is when the cab and box start assembly in the Body plant. That is why it can take up to a day after Blend for it to be produced. The truck is "decked", when the body and cab meets the chassis in the REVC.As far as I understand it....
The blend date is the day where your chassis meet the rest of the part on the assembly line. The blend can take more than a day. but it's pretty close to when your vehicle is "done". If you have a spray in bed liner or other option that added at the end of the process, you truck gets move to another area.
The number is your position in the back when the trucks get build. Now, everyone else seems to have a number x / 853 - not sure why your batch size is different.
Convoy means delivered by truck. The other option is rail. Usually the closer destinations are done via Convoy though in recent weeks Ford is shipping as far as CA via convoy.
